Well, I was wrong. I thought I wouldn't be pushed as much tonight in Combat with Willi, but I actually burned more calories tonight than I did on Tuesday in Alex's class, which is very surprising. I was able to do the "shoot" and LOVE the pirate track. So much that I want the music so I can do that routine at home. It's punching, swinging a "sword", uppercuts, knee lifts and a ton of back kicks. I am hoping for a great butt after all this work! I am still terribly sore, but I felt great and was able to work and not hold back too much. Now I'm stiffening up again. Need to ice my knees, and my left shoulder blade is tight, so Advil and ice on the agenda. I am going to be sitting in a long meeting in San Jose all day tomorrow, not going to help matters. I will get out and walk at lunch just to move a bit, since I am taking tomorrow off from the gym. I plan to take a spin class on Saturday morning - I'll see how I feel.
Gotta get icing and into bed, since it's late.
